RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – LUKANATURLIFE
We want every LukaNaturlife customer to be satisfied with the products they order. If you wish to return a product, please review the conditions below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14 DAYS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and request the return of a product within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, takes possession of the product, without having to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period is calculated from the date on which the last product is received.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us using the email address provided in the Contact section of our store and provide:
• the name used for the order;
• the order number;
• the product you wish to return;
• a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract/return the product.
We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send the product back before receiving return instructions.
After communicating your decision to withdraw, the product must be returned without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Consumers may inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Consumers may be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Where possible, the product should be returned together with the accessories and components originally received.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except where the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law provides otherwise.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or other relevant information. We will review the situation and inform you of the available solution.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you about the refund. If approved, the amount due will be refunded through the applicable payment method in accordance with the time limits and conditions required by applicable law.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in the cases provided by law, including, where applicable, certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If processing or shipping has already begun, immediate cancellation may no longer be possible, without affecting the consumer's statutory rights.
